Behind The Strategy

Crystal graduated with distinction in Public Relations from Varsity College, followed by internships at Reach for a Dream Foundation and Vibrant Direct, a marketing agency specialising in outdoor media.

 

Her experience in PR shaped how she sees brands: through perception, narrative and influence. Over time, she became increasingly interested in the strategic gaps that hold brands back, from unclear positioning to identities that no longer reflect their direction.

 

At Fifth House, she brings PR insight, strategic thinking and creative judgement together to help brands find their distinction and express it with clarity.
